The extruder is available in different capacities ranging from 120-150 kg/h, 200kg/h and 300kg/h to fulfill varied requirements. Each component of this processing line is ruggedly engineered using stainless steel to render reliability and durability.

  • The process of flaking is done with the help of mixer extruder using vibrate cooler rollers present in the mixer.
  • After flaking, air conveyors at high temperature finds usage for inflating the vibrate cooler.
